The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics operations for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate transportation and logistics activities for our clientsMonitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and negotiate contractsEnsure compliance with local and international transportation regulationsManage and maintain transportation and logistics databasesAnalyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunitiesWork closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operationsDevelop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and logistics processesConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsPrepare and present reports on transportation and logistics performance to managementTrain and supervise transportation and logistics staffRequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics operationsKnowledge of local and international transportation regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and logistics softwareAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesTeam player with strong leadership skillsFluency in English is required; Arabic is a plusMust be willing to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
