Your mission is to maximize profitability by analyzing market volatility, securing international supply chains, and ensuring our products move from farm to table with uncompromising quality.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>Market Intelligence:</b>Monitor Saudi fresh produce trends (pricing, seasonality) across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madina to forecast demand and identify high-value opportunities.</li><li><b>Global Procurement:</b>Develop and manage supplier relationships across India, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Oman, and Kenya.</li><li><b>End-to-End Logistics:</b>Coordinate complex import/export operations, ensuring compliance with SFDA and MEWA regulations while optimizing cold chain logistics (Air, Sea, Reefer).</li><li><b>Financial Stewardship:</b>Own the P&L for the trading division, managing an annual product value of 10M SAR and an operating budget of 3M SAR.</li><li><b>Compliance&Quality:</b>Implement SOPs for food safety (SFDA/GSO) and maintain 100% traceability from origin to customer.</li></ul><h3><b>The Numbers</b></h3><ul><li><b>Annual Volume:</b>~200 Tons</li><li><b>Portfolio Value:</b>10 Million SAR</li><li><b>Team Leadership:</b>12 Direct/Indirect reports</li><li><b>Suppliers:</b>Managing a network of ~25 international partners</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in fresh produce trading or agricultural commodities.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi wholesale market and SFDA/MEWA import regulations.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international supply chains.</li><li>Analytical mindset capable of building P&L plans and tracking ROI.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational environment (6 days per week).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
