Trading Business Controlling Executive

Our client is a multinational technology leader specializing in defence, aerospace, space, cybersecurity, and digital identity.About the roleThe Position Owner is responsible for managing invoicing activities within the \"Trading\" commercial function, covering transactions with airlines, OEMs, MRO organizations, and brokers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & DocumentationReview, verify, and book supplier invoices/credit memos in Quantum.Raise discrepancies with Finance.Maintain electronic and physical records.Customer Follow‑upMonitor overdue payments and coordinate with traders when needed.Send SOA and highlight risks to Management.Provide weekly overdue status by customer.Operations SupportMaintain operations cost reports.Manage purchase requests.Communicate with suppliers regarding payments.Daily & Monthly Finance TasksBook AR/AP related to payments received or made.Process AR/AP transfers for credit memos and advances.Extract PBI reports, prepare monthly JVs, and maintain SAP/Quantum inbox.Prepare payment lists for CACIB/Netting.Support year‑end audits and perform monthly cost analysis.Coordination & DocumentationLiaise with traders, vendors, and customers.Maintain proper documentation and support ad‑hoc analysis.Contribute to team engagement.Provide activity and performance reports.Help meet Finance objectives and clarify needs.Contribute to process improvements.Execute tasks/projects assigned by management.What are we looking for?Experience in Finance or AccountingExperience in OperationsUniversity Graduate or with relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
