Tractor Operator for Dairy Farm

OverviewApt Resources is seeking a dedicated Tractor Operator for a busy Dairy Farm in Abu Dhabi. You will operate and maintain crucial agricultural machinery primarily tractors and support essential farming tasks that are diverse and require a combination of technical knowledge, physical labor, and an understanding of farm management practices. Your role is vital to enhancing the farm's productivity and upholding quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDrive tractors and other farm machinery to carry out essential agricultural tasks on the farm.Assist with planting, cultivating and harvesting crops used for dairy production.Move feed, tools, equipment and other products around the farm as needed to support daily operations.Conduct regular checks on tractors and machinery, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.Follow established safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized and properly stored to ensure smooth operations and safety.Work collaboratively with farm staff to ensure efficient operations.RequirementsPrevious experience operating tractors or agricultural machineryKnowledge of dairy farming operations is an advantageAbility to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and safety protocolsGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if neededBenefitsSalary package is 2300 AED with accommodation and food.#J-18808-Ljbffr
