We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toolpusher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Toolpusher, you will be responsible for overseeing the drilling operations on our rigs. You will work closely with the drilling team to ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and safely. Your role will also involve managing the crew, monitoring equipment, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all drilling operations on the rig, including drilling, tripping, and casing operationsMonitor and maintain drilling equipment to ensure efficient and safe operationsManage the drilling crew, providing guidance and support as neededEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesCoordinate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operationsPrepare and submit reports on drilling progress, equipment status, and any incidents or accidentsIdentify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during drilling operationsConduct regular safety meetings and trainings for the drilling crewMonitor inventory levels and order equipment and supplies as neededParticipate in rig inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standardsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Toolpusher in the oil and gas industryExtensive knowledge of drilling operations and equipmentStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresWillingness to work on a rotational schedule (60/30)Valid offshore certifications and medical clearanceCompensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of AED 11,000/- per month, along with accommodation and food.
