We are seeking a professionalto manage the onboarding, assessment and activation of suppliers, ensuring high standards of compliance, data accuracy and quality assurance across the procurement process.In this role, you will maintain accurate supplier records, validate documentation, and support supply planning and operational continuity by ensuring suppliers meet regulatory, contractual and internal governance requirements.You will monitor onboarding progress, generate reports on compliance and risk metrics, and identify opportunities to improve processes that reduce cycle time and enhance procurement efficiency, all while ensuring alignment with procurement and data governance standards.Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure supplier information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Set the standard from the start because strong suppliers build strong operations.About YouDegree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in supplier management, onboarding, procurement operations, compliance, or vendor management.You are expected to have experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP combined with strong knowledge of supplier qualification standards, data governance, and the ability to conduct background checks, financial analysis, and risk assessments.We’d love to hear from you even more if you come from an aviation background and have experience with AI solutions.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
