Sincerus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support the delivery of THAAD Gunnery Table Training to partner nation forces overseas. This role involves managing instruction, monitoring trainee progress, and ensuring program objectives are met in alignment with organizational goals and standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Site Lead to ensure management objectives are met.Deliver instruction for specific lessons within the THAAD Gunnery Table Training program, ensuring high-quality and effective teaching.Monitor partner nation's training progression and provide informed recommendations to the USG and partner nation on optimized training timelines.Design, develop, administer, and evaluate both written and practical examinations to assess trainees' knowledge and proficiency.Ensure that all course goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically Table VIII standards.Offer tailored mentoring, counseling, and performance assessments to both instructors and students to foster continuous improvement.Collaborate with team members to build a cohesive instructional team and develop strategies for team retention and professional growth.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge and experience with THAAD systems and Gunnery Table Training protocols.Proven expertise in training design, curriculum development, and performance evaluation.Strong analytical and communication skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Ability to mentor and support diverse teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader passionate about training and development within the defense sector.Mandatory RequirementsCompleted U.S. Army THAAD or Patriot Battery commandDoctor's certificate of physical health with up-to-date immunizationsBackground check and secret clearanceActive passportDesired ExperienceInstructor experienceUpper Tier Coordinating Officer (UTCO) experienceAir Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer (ADAFCO) experienceAdditional ExperiencePatriot Battalion (BN): An S3 or AS3Tactical Control OfficerTactical DirectorTHAAD/Patriot Battery TrainerBN StandardizationsSalary PackageCompetitive Salary based on experienceHousing and transportation paidPaid time off (PTO)Completion bonusLocationWorldwide assignments (Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Pacific Region)Duration12 months with follow on opportunity#J-18808-Ljbffr
