We also offer award-winning capabilities in cyber security, data privacy, and digital transformation.We are currently seeking a Testing Leaderto join our team.Job DescriptionThe Testing Leader will define and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for all smart metering components, including Meters, communications services, HES, and MDMS, ensuring systems meet performance, quality, and security standards. The role coordinates test planning, execution, and reporting across delivery streams. It requires solid experience in test management, familiarity with AMI systems, and the ability to ensure readiness for integration and go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the master test strategy and plans.Coordinate functional, integration, and performance testing.Define acceptance criteria with delivery streams.Manage test teams, defect tracking, and reporting.Support system certification and go-live readiness.Qualifications8+ years of experience in QA/test management within IT or utilities.Familiarity with AMI systems, communications services, HES, and MDMS platforms.Experience with automated testing and defect management tools.ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
