The successful candidate will ensure that all systems, including electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure, are installed, tested, and operational according to design specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.At ALEMCO, we’re about more than just building iconic structures – we’re about building exceptional careers. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your RolePlan, execute, and manage commissioning of data center systems including:Electrical power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear)Cooling and HVAC systemsFire detection and suppression systemsBuilding management and monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM)Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for smooth handover.Prepare detailed commissioning reports, test documentation, and as-built records.Ensure compliance with safety standards, TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and other relevant codes.Provide technical support and training to operations teams during handover.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.Proven experience commissioning data center infrastructure (Tier I–IV).Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, fire suppression, and monitoring systems.Familiarity with industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, NFPA, IEC).Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.What We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
