TESTING COE - SME

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and execution within complex technology environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, establish, and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)Define testing standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practicesProvide strategic oversight across functional, automation, and non-functional testing streamsMentor testing leads and senior testers across projectsEnsure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirementsEngage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomesRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in software testing and quality assuranceProven experience setting up and running a Testing CoEStrong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environmentsPreferred ExperienceBanking or financial services domain experienceALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)Experience with one or more of the following technologies:OracleServiceNowTemenos T24MurexFinastraVerticalTechnology#J-18808-Ljbffr
