Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Test Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead and manage a large QA/testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital testing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and managing a team of 30–35 members. Prior experience with the AccelQ test automation platform is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–30 QA/test engineers.Define and implement end-to-end digital testing strategies across applications.Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.Ensure quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices are followed.Drive test automation initiatives, with a strong focus on AccelQ platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders.Manage testing timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.Continuously improve testing processes and optimize efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with strong leadership experience.Proven experience in managing large QA teams (30+ members).Hands-on or working knowledge of AccelQ platform (preferred).Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.Experience in digital/web/mobile application testing.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in airline or travel domain (preferred).Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.Certifications in QA/Testing (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus.About IGT SolutionsIGT Solutions is a next-gen Tech Services and Customer Experience (CX) company.
