Job Description
OverviewRole Purpose Project Manager to manage organization of key Procurement Projects (including Outsourcing Program) ensuring effective project standards providing support, training, and oversight. Take an active role in the development and maintenance of the Project Portfolio. Plan and project-manage multiple projects within Procurement defined milestones. Ensure timely project delivery. Build, manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Participate in defining scope, and make sure of clear Business requirements. Deliver the assigned Tasks as per the agreed-on scope and according to the bank policy and procedure. Deliver the assigned Tasks on time. Prepare, maintain and update the required documents, and produce MIs.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on timeDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressPredict requirements and workload to reach objectives and manage projects efficientlyUtilize industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project executionUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope & scheduleMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with all internal stakeholders including control functions, audit & relevant management/board forumsPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationReport project progress in line with stated policies and procedures, including timely responses to information requests from the programme manager and senior staffPerform other related duties as assignedProjects, Application Enhancements / BAUsParticipate in defining scope, and ensure clear Business requirements. Deliver assigned tasks as per the agreed-on scope and according to bank policies and procedures. Deliver tasks on time.
