Job Title: Test LeadExperience Required: 57 YearsLocation: DubaiShift: General ShiftEmployment Type: FullTimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to oversee the functional testing of an Oracle EBS (EBusiness Suite) Cloud Migration project (OnPremise to Cloud Life & Shift). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EBS applications cloud migration projects and leading testing teams through complex transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage endtoend functional testing activities for Oracle EBS Cloud Migration.Define test strategies plans and scenarios based on migration requirements and functional specifications.Coordinate with business stakeholders development teams and migration teams to ensure test coverage and clarity of requirements.Execute functional testing validate migrated data and ensure process integrity postmigration.Identify report and track defects to closure.Conduct risk assessments and manage risks/issues related to testing.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scripts and assisting business users.Provide regular status updates and test reports to project management and stakeholders.Guide and mentor the testing team ensuring best practices are followed.Required Skills:57 years of experience in QA/Test Management with at least 2 years in a Test Lead role.Strong handson experience in functional testing of Oracle EBS applications (various modules like Financials Supply Chain HRMS etc..)Prior experience in Oracle EBS Cloud Migration (OnPrem to Cloud Life & Shift) projects.Excellent understanding of testing methodologies SDLC and defect lifecycle.Good working knowledge of test management tools like JIRA HP ALM or similar.Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) modules.Familiarity with automation tools will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
