Test Engineer (Arabic) – Social Insurance DomainExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Test Engineer (Arabic-speaking) to support QA Governance activities for Life and Social Insurance applications.The role will focus on designing, executing, and managing test cases while ensuring compliance with business requirements, regulatory guidelines, and QA governance standards.The ideal candidate will have experience in functional testing within insurance systems and a good understanding of social insurance processes and testing best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Social Insurance business processes, including:Contribution calculationsEligibility validationBenefits processingClaims workflowsReview business requirements and documentation and raise functional or regulatory clarifications when required.Prepare test conditions, test cases, and test data aligned with QA Governance standards.Maintain version control and incorporate review feedback for test artifacts.Execute assigned test cases and accurately document test results.Log, track, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle, including re-testing and closure validation.Support the Test Lead in preparing QA governance reports, metrics, and status dashboards.Ensure compliance with QA standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation controls.Required SkillsArabic-speaking candidate required for onsite stakeholder coordination.3–5 years of functional testing experience, preferably in Life Insurance or Social Insurance domain.Good understanding of benefits administration and contribution-based insurance systems.Experience in test case design, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as:JiraStrong documentation and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with business teams, developers, and QA leads.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail in test documentation and executionAbility to work within regulated and compliance-driven environmentsStrong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teamsGood time management and ability to handle multiple testing tasksNote: Only Saudi National candidates will be considered.
