Job Description As a Territory Manager at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts. Your main objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while developing long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services to maximize sales outcomes - Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders such as distributors and healthcare professionals - Conducting market research on customers and competitors' activities - Implementing market development plans and strategies - Communicating customer feedback on products and services to internal stakeholders As an established and productive sales professional managing multiple small to mid-size accounts, you will have the autonomy to identify new customers, work independently with general supervision, and build strong relationships. Your impact will be direct on achieving departmental sales results, and you may help set objectives for individual or team accounts.
