Job Description Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver territory business plans including market mapping, target account identification, and call-frequency planning. Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Develop and maintain strong KOL relationships with Interventional and Clinical Cardiologists, ensuring consistent engagement and trust. Conduct CME programs, awareness workshops, speaker programs, and clinical symposiums to build the upBeat category and drive brand visibility. Demonstrate proficiency in clinical selling translating medical insights into meaningful value for clinicians and hospitals. Manage channel operations including dealer appointment, onboarding, primary sales(invoicing), secondary sales (retailing), and receivables / claims management. Collaborate cross-functionally with service, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless device deployment and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in CRM covering activity logs, sales performance, and competitive intelligence. Ensure call productivity aligned with planned call frequency and business objectives. Who Were Looking For Experience: 12 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Prior experience in Interventional Cardiology, Clinical Cardiology, or Cardiac Diagnostics is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to demonstrate established customer relationships. Proven planning and execution skills territory mapping, business forecasting, and activity tracking. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and performance analysis. Quantitative aptitude for data-driven territory management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High energy, passion, and ambition to build a long-term career in sales. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with interdependent partnering skills. Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (field travel required). Fluency in English and local language.
