Job Description As a Sales Manager, your role involves achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales targets, supporting the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets, and ensuring the achievement of Brand & Product wise targets. You will be responsible for conducting activities and programs as per division strategy and developing & mentoring the team for the next level.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating team members to achieve their Territory wise targets
- Coaching TBM on various on-the-job aspects
- Developing TBMs field effectiveness
In terms of supervisory/management responsibilities, you will be accountable for:
- Monitoring effort parameters and executing strategies
- Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression
- Demonstrating effective communication & analytical skills
- Managing people effectively
This position's accountability and scope are limited to the Area/Geography of operation.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum education of BSc/B.Pharma background
- Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with a sound education and performance track record
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2 to 4 years of prior/current experience as a First Line manager in the same therapy
- Experience in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will be an added advantage.
