In this pivotal role, you will:Drive revenue growth and expand market shareBuild and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesExecute go-to-market strategies and deliver results through a hands‑on, channel‑centric approachResidence within the country is required.What You’ll DoEngage with clients at all levels, including executives, to understand their unique business needsDevelop and execute territory account plans in collaboration with partners and internal teamsApply consultative and value‑based selling techniques to deliver complex networking solutionsManage the full sales cycle with precision, including forecasting and KPI achievementMaintain excellent Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate weekly updatesCultivate strong channel relationships to ensure a partner‑first approachWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of proven success in sales or technical sales rolesStrong technical knowledge of IP networking, wireless solutions, and competitive offeringsExperience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including C‑level executivesFamiliarity with MEDDICC methodology and SFDC forecastingFluent in English; Arabic is a plusMulti‑national experience and willingness to travel regularly within GCC countriesA self‑starter with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and embracing coachingWhy Join Us?At RUCKUS Networks, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
