Tendering Manager

<div><p>We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic<b>Tendering Executive Manager</b>to lead and oversee tendering and shared services operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient service delivery, and aligning shared services functions with the organization's overall strategic objectives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide strategic leadership, aligning Shared Services and tendering objectives with the group's overall strategy.</li><li>Oversee<b>HR Operations</b>and<b>Administration functions</b>(Fleet&Transportation, Accommodation).</li><li>Drive continuous process optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery, consistently meeting or exceeding<b>SLAs</b>and<b>KPIs</b>.</li><li>Manage the Shared Services budget, ensuring effective and efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Lead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational performance and system security.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align services with business needs and strengthen relationships.</li><li>Maintain transparent communication across business units to ensure alignment and engagement.</li><li>Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.</li><li>Oversee shared services and tender-related projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b>15+ years in Shared Services, Tendering, or related fields, with strong leadership exposure.</li><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Strong expertise in operations management, process improvement, and service delivery models.</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
