Tender / Quantity Surveyor Engineer

A well-established Engineering Consultancy firm is seeking a highly competent Tender Engineer to join our team in Umm Al Quwain.We manage a diverse portfolio of projects including residential villas, commercial buildings, and multi-storey developments (Ground + 10 and above). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can safeguard project budgets, ensure quantity accuracy, and maintain strict cost control standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and finalize BOQs prior to tender issuance.Manage the full tendering cycle, including issuing tenders and coordinating with contractors.Analyze and compare contractor submissions against office BOQs.Evaluate quantities, pricing, and compliance with specifications.Lead price negotiations and implement cost control strategies.Review, verify, and validate contractor payment claims.Approve payments only after confirming site progress and executed quantities.Ideal Candidate:Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.Solid understanding of multi-storey building projects (G+10 and similar).Confident negotiator with sharp commercial awareness.Detail-driven with strong analytical and verification skills.Ability to work across multiple project types simultaneously.Experience:Inside UAE: 4 years (Required)Quantity Surveying: 4 years (Required)License/Certification:Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
