A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Tender Department Supervisor to oversee and manage all tender activities across governmental and private healthcare sectors in Saudi Arabia.The role will be responsible for managing the full tender lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions, coordinating pricing and documentation, and supporting the organization’s success in competitive healthcare tenders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end tender process including monitoring announcements, preparing documentation, coordinating pricing, submission, and follow-upLead and manage government tender submissions through the NUPCO portal, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirementsHandle tender activities on Etimad and other procurement portals, including bid submissions, documentation, and tender trackingReview tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
