Based in Dubai, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, managing everything from compliance and contracts to daily inquiries. Our team combines technology, analysis, and creativity to redefine how people in the region build wealth.What You'll DoOnboarding & Compliance: Conduct thorough compliance checks for all incoming tenants and manage the preparation and signing of tenancy contractsLease Administration: Execute Ejari and DIFC lease registrations and manage tenant-side operations on platforms like Keyper and TernFinancial Oversight: Manage cheque and payment collection, track rental payments rigorously, and ensure the collection of renewal admin feesTenant Experience: Act as the main point of contact for tenant concerns, including maintenance requests, rent delays, and early terminationsUtility & Logistics: Assist tenants with utilities registration and manage the complete move-in and move-out processCoordination: Manage notices, renewals, and coordinate with tenants for property viewings and inspectionsCommunication & Records: Own the inbox and maintain meticulous records to support the Head of OperationsWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience: 0-2 years of experience. We encourage fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field to applyQuick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, Ejari systems, and DIFC lease requirementsTech Savvy: Comfortable learning and using property management software (Keyper/Tern experience is a major plus)Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally and with empathyDetail-Oriented: A \"zero-mistake\" mindset when it comes to contracts and financial trackingLocation: Must be based in Dubai, this is an on-site role#J-18808-Ljbffr
