Job Title: Tenant Acquisition ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEReporting To: COOWe are seeking a commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and onboarding of food & beverage brands across our growing UAE portfolio of community destinations. This includes food trucks, cafés, QSR operators, modular retail hubs, and petrol station retail.Key Responsibilities:Identify, recruit, and secure high-quality F&B tenants.Build and maintain strong industry relationships with local and international operators.Manage the full tenant acquisition cycle: outreach, negotiation, and lease execution.Curate tenant mixes to maximize footfall and business success.Monitor F&B trends and provide market insights for expansion opportunities.Candidate Profile:7–10+ years in F&B or retail tenant acquisition, leasing, or business development.Strong UAE F&B network and experience with food truck parks, malls, or petrol station retail.Excellent negotiation skills and commercial instincts.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about hospitality and emerging brands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
