Hiring: Tenant Acquisition ManagerAbu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead the sourcing and onboarding of F&B brands across a growing portfolio of community destinations in the UAE.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing high-quality tenants including food trucks, cafés, QSR brands, and emerging concepts. The role focuses on building a strong tenant mix across food truck parks, modular retail hubs, and petrol station developments.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and onboard F&B brands, food trucks, and retail conceptsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of local and international tenantsLead end-to-end leasing cycle: outreach, negotiation, and deal closureCurate balanced tenant mixes to maximize footfall and performanceDevelop relationships with restaurateurs, franchise operators, and hospitality groupsIdentify concepts suited for petrol station retail (e.g., ADNOC, ENOC locations)Track F&B market trends and identify high-growth brandsCollaborate internally to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and launchSkillsRequirements7–10+ years in tenant acquisition, leasing, or F&B business developmentStrong experience in F&B, retail real estate, or hospitalityExisting network within the UAE F&B ecosystemProven negotiation and deal-closing skillsExperience with food truck parks, modular retail, or petrol station retail is a strong advantageEntrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen#J-18808-Ljbffr
