The mission of the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidential Unit (VPU) is to leverage information and technology as a force multiplier to accelerate, deepen, and sustain development impact. The WBG Corporate Solutions Department (ITSCO) is focused on the digital transformation of essential corporate services to ensure WBG operations are seamless, resilient, and future-ready. The department operates from Washington, Chennai, Sofia, and Singapore in a global delivery model, combining strategic planning with agile product delivery, design innovation, digital engineering, automation, and AI to produce engaging, impactful, and efficient solutions. The Corporate Business Solutions unit (ITSCB) within the department oversees vital corporate systems such as personnel administration, global payroll, benefits, tax, pension, budget and planning, cost, and expense management, internal audit, ethics and justice processes, health services, and other essential corporate services. The unit ensures stable, secure, and audit-ready processes and systems while advancing modernization for automation and integration. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for Retiree Portal Support - Manage user authentication - Oversee account provisioning - Provide account support and onboarding assistance - Monitor system performance and develop analytics reports - Ensure data accuracy - Publish statements on schedule - Develop analytics dashboards - Create ad-hoc queries - Support for New Product Rollouts - Participate in both manual and automated testing - Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Develop user guides - Client Engagement and Communication - Provide Tier-1 post-go-live support - Manage the Team SharePoint Site - Maintain all contents up to date - Remove clutter and organize materials for easy access - Review new content and store in the appropriate folders - Build Analytics Dashboard and Reports - Build and enhance basic queries - Assist the team to build Power BI reports and dashboards - Present the dashboards to the business teams **Selection Criteria:** **Education & Experience:** - Bachelors degree and minimum 1 years of work experience **Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written) - Effective communication with diverse stakeholders at all levels - Experience in conducting product demo sessions with business stakeholders - Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams - Excellent organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines - Proactive self-starter capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision - Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver within agreed-upon timeframes Working at the World Bank Group (WBG) provides a unique opportunity to help client countries solve their greatest development challenges.
