DescriptionRole: Teller - FloaterLocation: AbuDhabi Role Purpose:Delivering quality teller service to customers via accurate and efficient processing while projecting ADIBs professional image in all interpersonal dealings.Key Accountabilities of the roleProcessing of all teller counter service transactions such as cash deposits & cash withdrawals and other transactions such as drafts telegraphic-transfers payment orders standing orders foreign currency purchase & sales cheque deposits line with operational policies & procedures where centralized telegraphic transfers are involved liaise with Treasury department to obtain best rates for VIP & or high net worth customers in coordination with Hops. These responsibilities may also include serving Private Banking customers at separate counters and also processing any other counter service transaction introduced by ADIB from time to time.Cross sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to Sales staff.General reconciliation & control activities:-Act as the one of dual custodian for branch vault cash and security stationery.Assist HOP as the second custodian for dual control.Cash reconciliation & balancing.End of day balancingGeneral filingEnsure proper understanding and processing for all centralized activities as per Branch Operations Centralization Projects.Ensure proper understanding and processing for all centralized activities as per Branch Operations Centralization Projects.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Knowledge of ADIBs Retail Banking products & servicesKnowledge of ADIBs Operational Policies & ProceduresKnowledge of UAE banking practices regulations & risksGeneral awareness of competitors in the local marketThorough knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAEFair knowledge of service standardsKnowledge of Cross SalesComputer skills.This position is for UAE Nationals only Key Skills Correspondent,Invoicing,CAD,CMMS,Communication,AC Maintenance Employment Type : Gig Experience: years Vacancy: 1
