The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential attendees, securing confirmations, and ensuring the required number of guests attend. This role involves strategic outreach, database management, and lead sourcing through various platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted outreach to potential attendees based on a provided list of company names and accounts.Secure written confirmations within a set timeline through consistent follow-ups.Utilize internal databases and direct company contact to source additional leads as needed.Maintain an organized tracking system for confirmations and follow-up actions.Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest acquisition goals are met.Attend the event if required to assist with on-site coordination and engagement.Qualifications & SkillsStrong communication and persuasive skills.Experience in event coordination, sales, or customer relationship management is a plus.Ability to effectively use CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead-generation platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
