Telesales Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of telesales representatives in generating sales and achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid telesales background, excellent coaching abilities, and a passion for motivating others. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance through effective leadership, training, and development while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and achievement of sales goals.Responsibilities and DutiesSupervise and support telesales agents in day-to-day operations.Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to improve results.Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure their achievement.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.Motivate the team to meet and exceed targets through encouragement, recognition, and performance incentives.Handle escalated customer complaints or complex issues as needed.Ensure adherence to company processes, sales scripts, and compliance standards.Maintain detailed records of team performance and report KPIs to management.Collaborate with the sales and HR departments for recruitment and onboarding of new telesales agents.Job Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to coach and develop team members.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Good command of English and Arabic.Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.Service-oriented and results-driven mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
