The role involves performing outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients, promoting products or services, and achieving defined sales targets. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will work closely with the sales and support team to ensure the delivery of professional solutions and contribute to customer experience improvements.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.Experience in Customer Support, ensuring the resolution of customer concerns and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.Proficiency in Sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue.Experience in providing Training to colleagues or team members is a plus.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
