Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling print products and services to existing and potential customers through outbound calls.Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, timely support, and exceptional service.Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of daily activities, opportunities, and performance against targets.QualificationsBachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised University or InstitutionSkills & Professional RequirementsProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemExperience RequirementsProven experience of 2-3 years as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsAttributes and BehavioursExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
