Our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction has propelled us to the forefront of the Consulting, Training and Conferences landscapes.From our humble beginnings to our present status as a global market leader, we take pride in our global footprint, and the transformative impact we have had on industries.With over 25+ years of excellence in accelerating careers and transforming organizations, we are a trusted partner for our B2B and B2C clients.Job DescriptionIdentify and target potential individualsfor the training academy's programs.Build and maintain robust salespipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.Conduct thorough research onpotential students to understand their specific training and developmentrequirements.Develop and maintain strongrelationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.Conduct presentations anddemonstrations of the training academy's programs, showcasing how they canaddress the individual’s specific needs.Negotiate pricing, terms, andcontractual agreements, and successfully close sales.Collaborate with the Operationsteams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations.Meet and exceed sales targets,revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.Provide post-sales support andmaintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encouragerepeat business.Handle class coordination, studentqueries.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business,marketing, or education.Proven 1-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally in the training andeducation industry.Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact onindividuals and organizations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of workingindependently.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM)software.Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.A deep understanding of the BO's programs and their alignment withStudent needs.Adaptability and a quick learning ability to understand newtraining offerings.Medical InsuranceHighest Commission in the Traing Industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
