As a Telesales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a service-oriented company that values professionalism and dedication.Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our services.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Required ProfileWe are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
