Job Description Summary:Delivers basic technical administrative or operative Sales tasks. Places outbound calls which are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking information gathering and/or troubleshooting. May answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires a developing knowledge of the organization products and/or services. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Telemarketing duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles. This role typically reports to our international markets. This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).Job Description:Reporting to the Telesales Manager you will be responsible for handling incoming queries from web based customers to meet their needs with the goal of closing the sale.
