Complete the important tasks outlined on the Officer Shift Checklist to record and follow up all job related incidences in the Officer LogReport broadband and telephone equipment defects to the relevant vendorsAttend to complaints and enquiries referred to by Communications AssistantHighlight important events special instructions and information to the teamHandle follow ups passed over from the previous shiftHandle and deliver the Hotels general emails to the relevant departments promptly for follow upMonitor the status of jobs in Guest Request Management system and highlight any service delays to the respective departments for follow upMonitor and ensure the accuracy of all call charges/postings in the PMS and Call Accounting systemEnsure Broadband charges tally with the Hotel PMS postingsConduct and attend trainings daily briefings and monthly departmental meetings when necessaryMaintain good housekeeping standards and adhere to all safety and loss control procedures Monitor the functionality of inhouse TV Channels Pipein music system and other equipments and systems and report any defects to Engineering DeptKeep an accurate record of the inventory rental equipments and stockTabulate daily and monthly traffic analysis reportQualifications : At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality/Service Industry preferred Good spoken and written English/RussianAble to read and speak Arabic/RussianComputer Knowledge i.e. well versed with windows internet explorer and word either POS or PMS systemExcellent management planning decision making interpersonal communication and counselling skills. Possess knowledge of PBX and Voicemail system Call Accounting Guest Request Management and Property Management SystemMinimum O level education with 5 credits or Diploma Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Computer Science,Continuous Integration,Fraud,Intake Experience,Law Enforcement,Usability,Analysis Skills,Computer Forensics,Driving,Teaching,Counterintelligence,Sass Experience: years Vacancy: 1
