WÜRTH PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS brings the access to a broad range of product and services leveraging the extensive capabilities of Wurth’s 80 years global history and experience to the Middle East under one umbrella.We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.Group to help customers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive project success.Role OverviewAs a Sales Engineer, you will develop strong customer relationships, drive technical sales across projects, and position Würth as a value-adding partner through engineered solutions and system support.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow business with contractors, consultants, developers and key project stakeholders.Drive product approvals, specifications, and vendor list inclusion.Present technical solutions and value propositions clearly to decision makers.Provide on-site technical guidance on anchors, fasteners, chemicals, tools and application methods.Collaborate with design offices and site teams on anchor design, calculations, testing and project-specific solutions.Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity tracking, proposal preparation and negotiations.Manage account receivables to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer credit exposure.Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on active pipeline, project tracking and market intelligence.Maintain CRM discipline and provide regular reporting on performance and opportunities.Qualification CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage.5-7 years’ experience in technical or project sales within construction or infrastructure sectors.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Effective communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.Target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and construction projectsStrong technical environment with engineered solutions approachBacked by a global brand with long-term growth visionPerformance-driven culture with clear career progressionUnicorn start-up mentality within a global conglomerateResilient team of high performanceCultural, team and task diversityFast personal and career growthFlat hierarchy and 100% family businessBuilding a global group with strong local focusGlobal travel: trade shows and business meetings from day 1.#J-18808-Ljbffr
