The company offers a dynamic workplace that encourages you to maximize your contributions and acquire new skills and knowledge through its programs. - To provide qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to drive new business. - Follow up with new clients via telephone to identify and qualify opportunities for generating prospect leads. - Establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and questioning techniques. - Identify cross-selling opportunities for Causeway products to enhance business growth and profitability. - Represent the company positively and enthusiastically, maintaining a professional brand image at all times. - Maintain a high level of understanding and knowledge about organization products and services to address customer queries accurately. - Take ownership of your personal development aligned with annual performance objectives. - Support colleagues with professional challenges, providing expertise, confidence, and positive expectations for team and company performance. - Fulfill any other duties as reasonably required by the management. - Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent / Graduate in any stream - Skills: Proficiency in English or Hindi, excellent communication skills, convincing ability, effective time management, proficient in internet use - Knowledge: Understanding of the digital marketing industry, familiarity with MS Office - Experience: Ideally 6 months of relevant telemarketing experience, including lead generation and handling telephone queries in digital marketing or web designing. Previous experience in IT or online advertising would be advantageous.
