Job Description Role Overview:
As a Service Delivery Manager at Experian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring robust IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across Experian Consumer Services. Your primary responsibility will be to enable secure, compliant, and high-performing services that deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will be expected to drive operational excellence, lead continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives, and champion high-velocity IT to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, advising and influencing internal stakeholders on service delivery, availability, and functionality.
- Lead Service Reviews, ensuring timely completion of actions and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Experian consumer products, services, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Technical Program Management to develop high-quality service acceptance packages for new deployments.
Qualifications Required:
- Possess ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required), Managing Professional certification is desirable.
- Have 10 to 14 years of proven experience in a Service Delivery environment or role.
