Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology Engineer – Network Infrastructure to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions.Configure and maintain routing and switching environments.Deploy and support Aruba-based network infrastructure (wired and wireless).Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and processes.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands‑on experience in Network Infrastructure (Aruba technologies preferred).Solid understanding of routing & switching protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP).Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices.Good knowledge of network security principles and data protection practices.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Relevant certifications such as Aruba (ACMA/ACMP), CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and network innovation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
