Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)

We are seeking a skilledTechnology Engineer – DevOps (PaaS)to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience withOpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus onprocess optimization and continuous improvementin a PaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:ProvidePaaS DevOps supportfor the Core Integration Team.Manage and administerOpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform)environments.Design, build, and maintainCI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Optimize existingbuild and deployment jobsfor performance, scalability, and reliability.Driveprocess improvements and automationacross DevOps workflows.Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.Ensure adherence toDevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies.Support release management and deployment activities.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience inDevOps PaaS environments.Hands-on expertise inOpenShift Administration.Proficiency inCI/CD tools, especiallyJenkins pipelines.Experience incontainerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).Strong understanding ofautomation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar).Experience injob optimization and process improvement initiatives.Knowledge ofversion control systems (Git).Familiarity withmonitoring and logging tools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working inbanking or financial services environments.Certification inOpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools.Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
