Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)

We are seeking a skilled Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS) to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement in a PaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration TeamManage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes‑based platform) environmentsDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using JenkinsOptimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliabilityDrive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflowsMonitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environmentsCollaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth deliveryEnsure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policiesSupport release management and deployment activitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in DevOps PaaS environmentsHands‑on expertise in OpenShift AdministrationProficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelinesExperience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiativesKnowledge of version control systems (Git)Familiarity with monitoring and logging toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in banking or financial services environmentsCertification in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps toolsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plusSoft SkillsStrong problem‑solving and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
