Technology Delivery Manager Location: Dubai Onsite Job Type: Contract 12 months Experience Level: 15Yr exp in Banking Technology Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Manager to lead the planning development and delivery of largescale technology solutions in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking technology deep expertise in fullstack development and a strong track record of successfully managing endtoend solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Technology Delivery & Strategy: Define and execute technology roadmaps for largescale banking solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging modern cloud API and microservicesbased architectures. Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead crossfunctional teams including Team Leads developers architects testers and business analysts to ensure seamless project . Collaborate with senior stakeholders including business leaders product owners and regulators to define and prioritize technology solutions. Ensure timely delivery of projects managing risks dependencies and resource constraints effectively. FullStack Technology Leadership: Drive fullstack technology adoption including frontend (React) backend (Java Spring boot) and database technologies. Ensure robust software architecture with a focus on scalability security and performance optimization. Advocate for DevOps CI/CD test automation and cloudnative development best practices. Ensure technology solutions comply with banking regulations. Implement strong risk management frameworks ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 15 years of experience in technology delivery / solution build roles preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking systems payments and compliance systems. Proficiency in fullstack technologies including Java JavaScript (React/Angular) cloud platforms (AzureP) and databases. Experience with microservices architecture APIs DevOps and Agile methodologies. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive technology transformation. Experience in team management delivery planning solution architecture.
