In this early-career role, you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.</p><p>You’ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands‑on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.</p><p>This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.</p><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul><li>Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program</li><li>Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios</li><li>Support solution implementation activities including fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live using SAP Activate</li><li>Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance</li><li>Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles</li><li>Support post-go-live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption</li><li>Help monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metrics</li><li>Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post-deployment business impact</li><li>Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment</li><li>Learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project execution</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience</li></ul><h3>Expectations and Tasks:</h3><ul><li>Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism</li><li>Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities</li><li>Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership</li><li>Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning</li><li>Ensure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes</li><li>Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments.</li><li>Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end solution designs, including integration points and applicable standards.</li><li>Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio, interoperability, and full lifecycle implementation support.</li><li>Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts (SSO, authorization management).</li><li>Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and interest in AI/automation-driven innovation.</li><li>SAP coursework or certification in SAP Technology is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively engage with our global and local network</li></ul><p><b>Due to local legal mandates only UAE nationals will be considered at this time.</b></p><h3>Meet your team</h3><p>The Technology Consultant is a core role within SAP Customer Services&Delivery that partners with account teams and service delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that help customers realize measurable outcomes from their SAP investments.</p><p><b>The SAP Academy for Services&Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.</b></p><h3>About SAP Next Gen Acad
