The role involves working on mechanical, electrical, and control components to ensure safe and reliable crane operations in industrial environments.</p><h3><b>Key Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead cranes</li></ul><h3><b>Other Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team</li><li>Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards</li></ul><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Perform installation, inspection, and commissioning of overhead crane systems</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults</li><li>Inspect hoists, motors, brakes, control panels, and safety devices</li><li>Replace worn or defective components including wire ropes, bearings, and limit switches</li><li>Perform load testing and ensure compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Maintain maintenance records and service reportsSupport emergency breakdown response when required</li><li>Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory safety standards</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
