The role ensures controlled environmental conditions in accordance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, with strong focus on BMS monitoring and control.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><b>HVAC Operations&Maintenance:</b><ul><li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AHUs, FCUs, MAUs, exhaust systems, chillers, cooling towers, and dehumidifiers.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs and maintenance plans.</li><li>Ensure temperature, humidity, pressure differentials meet GMP and URS requirements.</li><li>Respond to HVAC alarms and breakdowns promptly.</li></ul><b>BMS Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Monitor HVAC systems via BMS (Siemens Desigo CC, Honeywell, Schneider, or equivalent).</li><li>Acknowledge and respond to alarms and trends.</li><li>Support point‑to‑point checks, loop checks, and requalification.</li><li>Coordinate with BMS engineers for troubleshooting.</li></ul><b>GMP&Compliance:</b><ul><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, EU GMP, FDA requirements.</li><li>Support HVAC qualification and requalification activities.</li><li>Maintain logbooks, checklists, deviations, and change controls.</li><li>Follow ALCOA+ data integrity principles.</li></ul><b>Environmental Monitoring:</b><ul><li>Support EMS for temperature, humidity, and pressure.</li><li>Verify calibration status of HVAC instruments.</li><li>Support deviation investigations.</li></ul><b>Safety&Energy:</b><ul><li>Follow EHS and LOTO procedures.</li><li>Support energy optimization initiatives.</li></ul><b>Qualifications&Experience:</b><ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.</li><li>3–5 years experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom HVAC.</li><li>Hands‑on BMS experience.</li></ul><p>We value people from different backgrounds.
