Technician – BMS

What you will do:Join Johnson Controls as a Technician specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). Youll be part of a Dynamic team handling Service Maintenance and Retrofit projects across Commercial Retail Residential Data Centers and Hospitality sectors. This role involves onsite system verification preventive maintenance testing and commissioning of fit-out projects.How you will do it:Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance reactive corrective actions and diagnostic of BMS equipment.Install commission and maintain DDC controllers and field devices.Program controllers and integrate HVAC control systemsHandle emergency breakdowns and customer calls professionallyConduct system operation training and prepare handover documentationGenerate monthly/quarterly PPM reports and schedulesWhat we look for:RequiredDiploma / BE (45 years) in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or automation engineering.3 years of BMS installation commissioning and servicing experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsProficient in reading blueprints diagrams and specificationsCommitment to safety standardsPreferred Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys System.Familiarity with CCT programming languages.Exposure to different BMS ecosystems to adapt quickly to unfamiliar architectures or programming styles.Handson expertise with Modbus BACnet MQTT and Energy Dashboards highlights your ability to work across the major communication protocols and datavisualization tools used in modern building automation.Ability to work in 24x7 mission-critical environments including on-call support if requiredKnowledge of MS Word & Excel Power Point AutoCAD.Why Johnson Controls Be part of a global leader shaping smart sustainable cities and intelligent buildings.
