Role: Technical WriterRole Type: PermDomain: Enterprise Level Storage and Server ManufacturingLocation: DSO DubaiArabic in Must (Both writing and speaking)Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor, edit, and update a comprehensive range of technical documentation, including installation guides, administration manuals, API documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, and online help for our server and storage products.Distill highly complex technical topics into simple, intuitive, and illustrative language, ensuring the content's tone and depth are perfectly calibrated for the target audience (e.g., from novice end-users to expert system administrators).Produce and maintain documentation in both fluent, professional English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistent terminology across both languages.Proactively interview and work alongside cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, product managers, and support staff, to accurately obtain the relevant information necessary for documentation.Quickly absorb and understand new and complex technologies related to Servers, data center infrastructure, network topologies, storage arrays, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.Apply an understanding of the product development lifecycle (SDLC/HDLC) to anticipate, prioritize, and manage the documentation needs at every stage, from initial design specifications through to product retirement.Perform technical reviews, peer edits, and documentation testing to ensure all published materials are technically accurate, structurally sound, and adhere to established style guides and company standards.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Physics) or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Writer, specifically documenting complex enterprise hardware or software (Servers, Storage, Networking is preferred).Exceptional Writing & Communication Skills: Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately in both English and Arabic is a basic, non-negotiable requirement.Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to learn complex technologies relatively quickly and translate them into practical, user-focused documentation.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication and collaboration abilities, essential for being a successful part of multifunctional teams and extracting information from SMEs.Attention to Detail: Meticulous commitment to accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation across all deliverables.#J-18808-Ljbffr
