Job Title: Technical Writer / Business AnalystRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer / Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and producing high-quality technical and functional documentation for stakeholders, developers, and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories.Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against requirements.Technical WritingDevelop and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.Create user manuals, API documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, release notes, and technical guides.Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to understand system functionality.Ensure documentation follows organizational standards and version control practices.Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language.Knowledge of documentation standards and tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Stakeholder management and communication.Technical SkillsUnderstanding of APIs, databases, and system architectureBasic knowledge of SQL, JSON/XML (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
