The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and producing high-quality technical and functional documentation for stakeholders, developers, and end users.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Business Analysis</h3><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.</li><li>Translate business needs into<b>functional and non-functional requirements</b>.</li><li>Create<b>BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)</b>, and user stories.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.</li><li>Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against requirements.</li></ul><h3>Technical Writing</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.</li><li>Create<b>user manuals, API documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, release notes, and technical guides.</b></li><li>Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to understand system functionality.</li><li>Ensure documentation follows organizational standards and version control practices.</li><li>Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language.</li><li>Knowledge of documentation standards and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Stakeholder management and communication.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON/XML (preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
