Job Description

Saher Management is hiring for " Technical Support Specialist ".Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (ARABIC SPEAKERS with DRIVING LICENSE Mandate)Location: Doha, QatarCandidates available locally in Qatar, Arabic-speaking. Candidate must have a valid Driving License are preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to end-user service requests and incidents.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, Macs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices) and software.Setup, manage, and maintain user accounts, distribution groups, and passwords.Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and guidance.Maintain hardware/software availability for business continuity.Perform technical evaluations and recommend hardware/software solutions. Optimize IT devices and ensure proper configuration management.Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and reports.Use Service Manager or ITSM tools to log, update, and close tickets.Act as acting supervisor and assist with complex issues for VIP or sensitive users.Support IT projects, events, and third-party vendor coordination.Skills & ToolsSCCM, Shavlik patching tool, VBScript, Power Shell scripting.IT service process improvement and end-user coaching/training.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.ITIL Foundation certification required; MCSE/MCITP mandatory; Cisco certification preferred.Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting.Skills: management, software, technical support
