Technical Success Manager - Dubai (Hybrid)

Position OverviewWe are looking for Construction Industry professionals who are passionate about driving digital transformation throughout the industry. Coming from the AEC industry or having worked in the AEC tech industry, you will utilize your experience to solve everyday customer challenges, engineering value for them through adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma).Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with some of the largest AECO organisations in EMEA. You will partner with the Customer Success Manager to deliver standardised and custom offerings which will be in consideration of documented programs in the Customer Success Plan. You will deliver and document health checks, custom workflows, training sessions, create dashboards, reports, and integrations to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.As a Construction SME, you will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver technical engagements that accelerate adoption and measurable value from Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will lead health checks, workflow mapping, technical enablement sessions, and targeted workshops—translating real construction processes (preconstruction, model coordination, cost/financials, and data/analytics) into scalable, best‑practice digital workflows.ResponsibilitiesDiscover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship and support customers in their digital transformation journeyDevelop processes and workflows which allow organisations to adopt and unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)Align with best practices for digital transformation change management, empowering customers to implement process and workflow changesPartner with Customer Success Managers to implement deliverables within the Customer Success Plan, addressing customer requirements and documenting value deliveredInfluence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritise requirementsMaintain comprehensive industry technologies, trends and challenges to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACC (Forma)Expert in all possibilities (and limitations) of Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (Forma), being comfortable to challenge customers' status quo and demonstrate value through technical analysis and demosShare with team any best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories and lessons learntUse social media networks and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutionsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industryExperience leading/managing successful technology change management projects, implementation and programsConfidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboardingPassionate about moving the industry forwardThis is a hybrid roleThe Ideal CandidateYou recognise the challenging and changeable nature of construction workflows and requirementsYou have a curious nature to uncover and understand customers challenges, industry trends and required workflows when adopting new technology and recommend best practices to increase and realise return on investmentConfidence to understand customer business use cases to provide product feedback from customers and contribute to product roadmap discussionsExcited by technology and eager to get into product detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
